Ecochlor™ Ballast Water Treatment SystemEcochlor has designed ballast water treatment systems for Bulker,
Tanker, Container and Roll-On Roll-Off (RORO)
ships. These systems scale to any size ship and are fully automatic
and self-contained. Commercial scale 2,500 MT/hr Ecochlor™
CLO2 Ballast Water Treatment Systems have been installed
on two ships: M/V Atlantic Compass owned by Atlantic Container
Line, and M/V Moku Pahu managed by Matson Navigation on behalf
of Hawaiian Sugar and Transportation Cooperative. Below is a photo
of the Moku Pahu system.
